Meet Erin
Erin Scherer is a Certified Empowered Life Coach, 200-Hour Yoga Teacher, spiritual space-holder, and the creator behind Lifted Spiritss. Her work is rooted in lived experience. She's walked through trauma, addiction, grief, and neurodivergence, and she done the deep, messy work of healing and rising. Erin knows what it means to survive and has learned how to thrive.
Now, she helps others do the same. Through a blend of mindset coaching, spiritual practices, energy work, and embodied movement, Erin guides people toward their own breakthroughs and transformations. Her workshops and offerings are filled with heart, grounded in truth, and designed to help you step fully into your story, and rewrite it if you’re ready.
Erin believes healing can be creative, weird, joyful, and wild. At Lifted Spiritss, it always is.
